CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: Up to 10 working days. Custom orders can take longer due to the nature of the product.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail. We used Royal Mail 2nd Class for all UK orders and Royal Mail International Standard for International orders. Prices reflect the commercial price plus a small handling fee to cover cost of packing material. These prices are non-negotiable.
Tracked shipping is also offered at checkout, as well as a Signed For option for UK residents.
Please note that once parcels are handed over to Royal Mail, shipping is completely out of our control. This means we will not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit or parcels which do not arrive complete that were not purchased with a tracked service.
If your package is returned as undeliverable, we are not responsible for additional shipping fees if the address you provided was incorrect. You can pay to re-ship to the correct address or we can refund you your order, sans shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us before leaving feedback so that we can work on sorting this out for you.
Shipping on exchanges or returns is at the expense of the buyer. Returns are only accepted for regular candles – all custom orders and/or monthly collections are non-returnable. In order for any product to be accepted for return, the product must be unused and in the original state as it was sent – photos might be asked to proof this. Returns and exchanges will only be issued after the product is returned to us.
